Loan Application Checklist

This is a list of documents required in order to process your mortgage application.

1. Last 2 years tax returns including all schedules

2. Last 2 years W2/1099

3. Last 30 days of paystubs

4. Last 2 months bank statements ( all pages)

5. Copy of earnest money check

6. Nane/Phone # of homeowners insurance company

7. Copy of Drivers License/ Social Security card/ Non resident Alien Card

8. Asset account statements (most recent) If funds are needed for down payment or financial reserves

9. Homebuyers Education certificate- visit www.mgichome.com and complete test (if not owned a home in last 3 years)
